By using the ForexPilot AI website or Android app ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

⚠️ Risk disclaimer: Trading forex, CFDs, indices and crypto involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. ForexPilot AI provides educational analysis and decision-support only. It does not guarantee profit, is not personalised financial advice, and is not a broker. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting losses.

1. What the Service is

ForexPilot AI generates automated technical signals (entry, stop-loss, take-profit, risk sizing) and educational tools. All output is informational. We do not execute trades or connect to your broker account.

2. Your responsibilities

You are 18 years or older.
You will use the Service lawfully and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You will make your own decisions and manage your own risk, always using a stop-loss.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or differ from your broker's feed. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate or profitable.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForexPilot AI and its creators are not liable for any trading losses, damages or claims arising from your use of the Service.

5. Accounts & termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account or at /delete-account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
